The exteriors on the Q7 include a large, single-frame grille in the front. It also has sleek LED headlamps with the latest LED DRLs. The Q7 has a chrome strip that is present on the new tail-lights. It includes an updated rear bumper as well. It also styles a set of 19-inch silver alloy wheels.

Engine and Performance

The X5 line-up is powered by six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. The xDrive40i trims get a 3.0-litre straight-six turbocharged petrol engine that produces 335 bhp and 650 Nm of torque. And the 3.0-litre straight-six turbocharged diesel that is capable of generating 262 bhp and 620 Nm of torque. 

Whereas the powertrain department in Audi Q7 has a 2995 cc petrol engine. This 55 TFSI Premium Plus variant comes with an engine putting out 335 bhp at 5200 rpm and 500 Nm at 1370 rpm of max power and max torque respectively.

Features 

The X5 is equipped with plenty of features such as adaptive air suspension, powered tailgate, six colors of ambient lighting, heated and anti-dazzle functions for side-view mirrors. It also has a panoramic sunroof, heads-up display, parking and reversing assistance, BMW display key, and surround-view cameras.

Features onboard the new Audi SUV are in plenty. Some of those features are Lane keep assist, Audi’s virtual cockpit, matrix LED headlamps and climate control. One thing that remains unchanged for the Q7 is that the cabin is large and spacious and offers generous seating space for six to seven people.

The price range for BMW X5 starts from ₹ 77.90 lakh and goes up to ₹ 92.75 lakh. Whereas the ex-showroom price of the petrol Audi Q7 at Delhi starts at ₹ 79.99 lakh and goes up to ₹ 88.33 lakh for the fully-loaded Petrol model. BMW and Audi are each other’s competitors. They also have other competitors lsike Mercedes-Benz GLE, Volvo XC90 and the Land Rover Discovery.
