The all-new Citroen C3 is expected to launch in the country by June this year. The C3 is a robust and modern car with many new exciting features. The C3 will be the second model launched by the brand in the Indian market. The car will be produced and developed locally in the country itself. Citroen C3 Engine
Not many details of the engine have been revealed as of yet. The C3 may have both automatic and manual gearboxes for the transmission. It could house a 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, or a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine under the hood. The naturally aspirated petrol motor can be using a 5-speed manual transmission. Whereas, the turbo petrol engine may use a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.
The C3’s Cabin
The dashboard will feature a dual-tone theme and will also be equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The C3 has seamless smartphone integration, where you can access multimedia at your fingertips. Other features on the interior of the cabin are a digital instrument cluster and a flat-bottom steering wheel as well. It also has pristine air conditioning vents on the sides of the dashboard.
Citroen C3: Exteriors and Safety
On its exterior, the C3 has a dual-tone finish, i.e a black roof with white surrounds on the bumper. The C3 will also parade a split headlamp, skid plates, and wrap-around taillights. It also includes other features like horizontal chrome slats on the front grille, roof rails and big plastic cladding around the wheel arches. The C3 is expected to offer many colour options due to its dual-tone exteriors. The wheels are made of steel and are concealed with wheel covers, which may be made with alloys.
As for safety features, we expect this compact SUV to be packed with many driver assistance features. Some of them include a lane departure warning system, speed warnings and it will also have front parking sensors along with a plethora of other measures as well.
