Ferrari did not reveal anything else about the model, besides the front-end design. Ferrari had also announced that the new Purosangue SUV will be launched later this year. This is making enthusiasts curious about the details and specs of the Purosangue SUV.

Exterior details leaked

Earlier this year, a few images of the Purosangue were leaked online, which revealed its exterior from the spied photos. The images showed the body cladding around the wheel arches, conventional alloy wheels, a diffuser. It also showed quad tail lamps connected by an illuminated horizontal bar, and an exhaust setup too. The design of the car wasn’t visible as such, although it does show a split headlamp setup which was inspired by the SF90 model. The photos also reveal new slim LED DRLs, a big bonnet and larger air intakes on the front bumpers.

Ferrari Purosangue: Powertrain

The specifications of the engine and powertrain have also not been confirmed by Ferrari. However, the Purosangue SUV is expected to have a 3.9-litre twin-turbo petrol engine with an electric motor. This engine is found under the hoods of the Roma and F8 Tributo. Ferrari may also put into consideration the 6.5-litre V12 with a hybrid setup from the 812 Superfast as well.

The Purosangue might face some tough and intense competition from the Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne, Audi RSQ8, Aston Martin DBX707 and the Bentley Bentayga. The Ferrari Purosangue is a much-awaited car by both enthusiasts and others. Are you excited about this new release? Share your thoughts below.
