The major change made to the Creta is the new parametric grille on the front. The same parametric grille design was previously seen on the global versions of Hyundai Tucson and Santafe. The new grille will be blended with similar Led Headlights which when turned off will look exactly like the grille. The entire grille and Hyundai Logo is painted in black and looks futuristic with the lights turned on. The fog lamp casing has been moved deeper into the bumper and also comes with an updated design. On the rear end, the taillamp looks similar to the previous edition although slight changes have been made.

It has a blind spot surveillance camera display on the digital instrument console, autonomous braking to avoid collisions without driver assistance, left Convergence detection function that warns of a risk of collision with a vehicle coming from an adjacent lane on the opposite side and above.
