Specialised sales and after-sales packages are available for the customers of the new Kia Carens These packages are only given to the customers of the Kia Carens and not any other model. The Kia Carens was launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 8.99 lakh and it went up to Rs. 16.99 lakh for the top-end variants

The ‘My Convenience Plus’ package is exclusively available for the customers of the Kia Carens. It offers a total package that covers periodic maintenance, has optional roadside assistance including tire alloy protection, and an extended warranty as well. There exists both a Premium and Luxury package from which they can choose that gives coverage for a span of 4 or 5 years respectively. This is beneficial to the customers as it is a pre-paid maintenance with a fixed service cost that is unaffected by inflation in the future. It is also transparent and flexible as well.

Proud owners of the new Kia Carens will also get an additional benefit from Kia India’s Car Shield and Car Shield+ initiatives. This initiative benefits from an accidental repair option with no questions asked. Moreover, in the case of an accident, an industry reimbursement of Rs. 1 lakh can be retrieved while defending legal claims.

Kia India also introduced a ‘My Kia’ mobile application. From this application, units can be booked, post-sales service is available, as well as other important features. “A car purchase is an emotional decision in our country, and it is our constant endeavour to ensure complete peace of mind to our customers at every step of their car ownership journey,” says Hardeep Singh Brar, VP and Head of Sales and Marketing at Kia India.

The Kia Carens have received a total of more than 50,000 bookings since its launch. The Luxury and Luxury Plus models seem to be gaining momentum in the Indian market. The competitors for the Carens in the market are Hyundai Alcazar and Tata Safari
