XUV700, the successor to the well-known XUV500 is all set to enter the market in the October of 2021. Mahindra has already opened the official page for the XUV700 where it posts updates regarding the vehicle. The XUV70 will be available as a 6 or 7-seater SUV model and the XUV500 may be re-launched as a 5 seater model after the release of XUV700.

Mahindra XUV700: Features

The Mahindra XUV700 will debut with an all-new design while also having traces of its predecessor. The most noticeable features are a more upright grille, new C-shaped headlights along with unique LED DRLs, new taillights, a new allow wheel design, and a restyled bonnet, bumpers, and tailgate. The door handles of the new XUV700 will have sport flush-mounted levers which give a sleek modern look.

When it comes to the dimensions of the XUV700, it is going to be larger than its predecessor with a longer wheelbase and a wider body thus increasing the cabin space in the car especially for third-row passengers.

The XUV700 is packed with a number of first-in-the-segment features like a dual-screen layout, android auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, electronic parking brake, hill hold, various driving modes and to top it all of a panoramic sunroof along with many more features. Features like the Autonomous driving system (ADAS) are made available on the higher trims of the XUV700.

Pricing and competition

The XUV700 is expected to launch at INR 14 lakhs and the higher-end models are expected to be priced at around INR 22 lakhs. The XUV700 is going to rival cars like MG hector plus, Tata Safari, and Hyundai Alcazar which are some of the most popular and awaited cars in the Indian market. With new features and a dashing design, the XUV700 is all set to take on its competition and take the Indian market by storm.
