The most awaited launch of this month, the Skoda Kushaq with an entry-level 1.0 TSI engine. This midsize SUV is the first of its kind from VW India’s 2.0 project and is based on the MQB-A0-IN platform. The Kushaq will be offered in 7 variants and is priced between ₹10.50 and ₹17.60 lakhs. Here are some unique features of the Skoda Kushaq.

  1. Unique steering wheel:

As we’ve seen a lot of cars with digital instrument clusters that offer a lot of features, Skoda Kushaq is the first in its segment to offer a 2-spoke multi-function steering wheel. It has chrome strollers that allow you to control the radio, phone, and audio, making it a unique presence and giving the interior a premium feel. Apart from the steering wheel, there is also a multi-function digital instrument cluster which adds to the upmarket feel of the cabin.

  2. My Skoda connect:

This feature is made for the convenience of the owners of the vehicles via the MySkoda connect app. This app displays the overall vehicle health that can be accessed through your phone anytime. The system automatically stores the important information regarding your vehicle before the vehicle is turned off. Information such as where the car was parked, driving stats, etc can be accessed and is also a unique safety feature.

  3. Two turbocharged petrol engines:

The Skoda Kushaq is again the first in its segment to offer two turbocharged petrol engines. Most rivals only have a single unit of the turbo-petrol unit. The Kushaq offers a 1.0 TSI engine and a 1.5 TSI engine, both being modern, dynamic, and efficient in power and torque as well. The transmissions are available in both manual and automatic.

  4. Longest Wheelbase:

The Kushaq also has the longest wheelbase in its segment, 2651 mm, which is 385 litres of boot space. The rear also has seating spaces that can be folded to convert into luggage space. This truly adds to the comfort and convenience of the vehicle overall.

  5. Unique interior design scheme:

The all-new Skoda Kushaq features a unique dashboard with chrome elements but follows a monotonous color scheme instead of a typical dual-tone most vehicles have. The Piano black luxe interior with honeycomb decor and added ambient lighting that comes in white color, bring a minimalistic, classy and premium feel to the interior of this car.

As we can see from the above that Skoda Kushaq is the first to have these features itself makes this car unique, it should be a good investment for those looking for a new car from the market.
