CNG cars have been gaining popularity in recent years because of the multiple advantages they have over their conventional counterparts.
CNG engines are eco-friendly, fuel-efficient, and a great option when it comes to safety.
Let’s take a look at what are the advantages of CNG over other fuel types.
Combustion engines produce multiple byproducts that are harmful to the environment and health. CNG engines produce 80% less carbon monoxide and 45% lesser hydrocarbons when compared to other types of fuel. Although CNG too produces harmful gasses, the emission levels are lower when compared to other fuels.
The technological advancements have made Compressed natural gas a cheaper option when compared to other fuel types like petrol and diesel. The cost of CNG and its efficiency are making CNG-powered cars more popular.
